Problem with ignition handgrabber

Since i re-installed windows 10, ive been getting this message saying "the 3rd party app could not be started, it has been disabled"

Not sure what that is, ive never had any problems with it before, would appreciate some help

I have the same issue.

I have tried all the fixes in the other related threads to this one.

PT4 either says Ignition Hand Grabber is disabled (same error as above) or it just crashes shut full stop.

With Ignition closed please try re-enabling the hand grabber via 'PokerTracker+ menu > Ignition Hand Grabber > Enable Ignition Hand Grabber'. Next turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4 and click 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' before you start Ignition. If the issue persists create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where we can follow up with you.
