I want to disable permanently notecaddy, because now my PT4 is too slow. It's a program i was tested in the past with HM2 and haved the same problem, that was the reason why i migrate to PT4 when is out.

Today PT4 seem to be like a HM2 with this notecaddy, i don't like that...


My question is: how can i disable the automatic download of notecaddy only (after i have deleted the "APPS\Tm90ZUNhZGR5" folder in PT4.

NoteCaddy will build its notes in the background and that will take some processing power (although if you set it to only use one thread on the Creating Notes page then it shouldn't affect your system much), but if you're not actively using NoteCaddy stats in PT4 then it shouldn't affect PT4 much at all.

If you're having problems please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your logs and see what is going on. NoteCaddy was only just released for PT4 so there could be some issues that we need to resolve.

If you still want NoteCaddy removing from your license you can request that in a ticket and we'll get it sorted for you.
