PT4 crash

Hello,

I acquired PT4 2 months ago. Everything worked well until this week. Every time I need to choose a directory/folder on PT4 (for ex "Get hands from disk" or select the folder for Pokerstars "on configure sites") then the software close/crash automatically.
I don't really how can I fix the problem. I tried to uninstall PostgreSQL and PT4 and to reinstall these software but It don't work.

PS: I update my Mac to High Sierra and moved up from 4go to 12go ram. Maybe my issue comes from this?

So we can investigate this press/hold the 'Alt/Option' key while starting PokerTracker 4, reproduce the problem you described and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket:

--> /Users/SOME_NAME/Library/Application Support/PokerTracker 4/PokerTracker4.log

After the crash make sure to not restart PokerTracker 4 until you've sent the log - if you do PokerTracker 4 will start a new log file meaning we may lose the one with the information we'd like to see. You can open the user data folder (File -> Open User Data folder) containing the log file before you click 'Get Hands From Disk', leave that window open and attach the log file from that window after any crash.

I can't find the Pokertracker4.log on my mac :(
there is no "PokerTracker 4 in => /Users/SOME_NAME/Library/Application Support/

Always the same problem :( PT4 crash always when I want to import something (hands from disk, HUD profile, statistic..)
