I'm getting fairly common issue where it looks like postgres is trying to launch but can't get going so every ten seconds I'm getting:
14/06/2014 11:05:20.775 com.apple.launchd[1]: (com.edb.launchd.postgresql-9.3[2348]) Exited with code: 1
14/06/2014 11:05:20.775 com.apple.launchd[1]: (com.edb.launchd.postgresql-9.3) Throttling respawn: Will start in 10 seconds
This isn't actually affecting PT4 as I can access it and use it fine, however this is constant in the console so would like to get to the bottom of it. What would cause this?

Do you also have another version of PostgreSQL installed and functioning? Look in Database -> Database Management in PT4 and it should tell you the PostgreSQL version. If you have 9.0 installed and working easiest might be just to eliminate 9.3.

*slaps head*
Yes of course. That was it. I should have checked that really but thought it had been uninstalled during my last support session.
Thanks again.
