6 tables Hyper Turbo Satellite reported as 1 table...

Hi,

I am currently playing the 6 max, 36 players $7.25 Hyper Turbo satellite to the Sunday Million.

I played for 4 days in a row and it was going good and my result stats were accurate.

This morning it states in my statistics that I cashed every single time!?

Basically i noticed that PT4 does not consider this tournament as 6 tables anymore but only 1! basically it is like I would be final table every time and therefore cash all the time... why is that.. it is very annoying because my graph is all wrong and I can't find any way to resolve this problem :( ...

I need to help PLEASE...

It is very difficult to explain and my english is not great but ill give you more info if needed :)

Please send us these hand histories via our support system so we can look into how this happened and get it fixed. In the meantime you can edit the results to be correct by using the Edit Tournament Results button in the left hand sidebar of the Results area.

The same happened to me, and still continues to happen.
Right now I have 300+ tournaments to edit.

Hello,

I send the HH two days ago and I have not received a response.

I think the problem is not in the HH, because if I go to previously played satellite and click "Edit tournament->Auto Detect->enable: update finish and amount won-> Detect" the result changes to the existing problem.
