Importing observed hand histories

[August1]

Is it possible to automatically import observed hand histories from games I observe (not playing at the table)?

Very few sites provide histories for observed hands these days, and (other than up to 30 observed hands at PokerStars) PT4 can only import hands when histories are provided.

Now, 01/04/2014, ( btw this is not a April Fools joke), it seems Pokerstars is not importing the limited number of observed hands it used to - or do I need to look into it? (note I have got the ïmport observed hands"option ticked in PS4 Pokerstars config).

I'm not aware of any changes. Please enable logging via Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled, restart PT4, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
