The HUD isn’t displayed in either cash games or tournaments, even though the hands are being imported and I can see the active tables. (Mac)

Please make sure things are setup correctly:

The PokerStars client also needs to be running in English (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Global -> Language -> English) and if it isn't then that can prevent the HUD from attaching to the tables.

If that's not the problem turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4.

Next reproduce this issue by joining a table and playing some hands with 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' active and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket.
