stats based on ammount of players

If i`m heads up. Is it possible to see VPIP, PFR etc. calculated from only those hands, that the villain has played HU?

for example the overall PFR from btn might be 25-40%, but HU it most likely is going to be higher. Is it possible to filter that?

I want my stats to change when ever the ammount of players changes. From 6 to 5 then 4, 3 on bble and lastly HU.

Does it make sense?

Yes, you can do that with the 'number of players filtered' option in Hud > Edit Hud Options > General Settings. Ranges are applied in order, so if you define (as a simple example) 6-10, 3-7 and 2-2 it will keep hands with 6 or more players separate from those played short-handed, and heads-up will be separate again. Check out the tutorial video by clicking the grey monitor icon in the lower left corner of the options window for more information.
