Creating my first report

Hi guys. Sorry to bother you, but I keep trying and I cannot get exactly what I want. I need a report which will show me all hands that meet the following criteria:

1) I open Raised (there were no limpers before me and no cold callers after me)
2) A villain decided to 3bet and he was in position against me (so he cannot be on a SB or BB)
3) I did not 4 bet but just called
4) There are only 2 players on the flop (nobody else called his 3 bet)

To illustrate what I mean, I want to filter out all the hands where the preflop action was as it was in this hand: http://pl.pokerstrategy.com/poker-hand-converter/902390. The villain does not obviously has to be on a BU and I do not have to be on a MP2. I just want him to be in position against me no matter if it is CO vs BU or MP2 vs HJ.

Can anyone help me to generate this report please?

You want to use the following filters:

Actions and Opportunities -> Preflop -> Raises -> Raised First In
and
Actions and Opportunities -> Preflop -> Opportunities -> Opportunity to Open the Pot
and
Actions and Opportunities -> Preflop -> Opportunities -> Reraise Opportunity - 4Bet (Facing 3Bet)
and
Actions and Opportunities -> Preflop -> Calls -> Called 3Bet
and
NOT (Actions and Opportunities -> Preflop -> Calls -> Called Squeeze)
and
Hand Details -> Number of Players -> Players Seeing Flop between 2 and 2
and
Hand Details -> Player Position -> Flop -> Active Player relative to Lead Aggressor is Out of Position

For Called Squeeze you need to add it and then highlight it individually and use the NOT Selected button to add the NOT(). That makes sure you didn't call a squeeze - therefore there were no cold callers before the 3bet (otherwise the 3bet would be a squeeze).
