Custom Raise All In First In Stat

Basically, I'm looking for two types of stats.

One is whenever a player was first to act they went all-in (or at least committed 70% of their stack).

The other one is when you face such preflop raise (facing someone who committed 70% of their stack).

Basically I'm looking to get more info on those short stack / jamming situations.

Can't figure out how to create one though.
