Can I count only the tournaments where I played at least 1 HU hand?

I don't know of a method to do that but you can get the number of tournaments from a report and filtering for heads-up hands. If you want a custom statistic then you could sum the amount of your first and second place finishes using:

cnt_finish_1 + cnt_finish_2

but bear in mind if you are playing alot of Spins or similar tournaments then you might have a number of tournaments with a top 2 finish where no heads up hand was played.

Yes, that's the problem. Basically I am trying to create a statistic with HU SB chipsEv and HU BB chips ev.

Maybe there is a way to sum up all the tournaments where at least one hand has players dealt in the hand = 2 and hero is either in SB/BB?

You didn't include this information in your original post. PokerTracker 4 does not calculate 'EV' but it has a built in statistic called 'All-In Equity Adjusted BB' so if you want to see those results for heads up play you can use that statistic and then filter for hands with only two players dealt in. If you want to create a custom statistic then you can add tourney_hand_summary.cnt_players = 2 to the columns from the original statistic. You have previously created a similar column in this post that calculates adjusted BB for the big blind when BTN folds.

Yes, thank you. A friend asked me for a chipsEv stat from HU SB, but he probably use the bb100 adj I have already made
