In the standard "All-in Equity Adjusted" report you have the columns "Position", "Facing PF Action" as well as the action on each street. On top of this, I would like to be able to know things like from which position the first player raised from when we are facing a raise, and also from which position a player called when we raised etc.

You have a lot of these stats in the hand filter view, like "Player Position", "Maximum preflop raise", "Players seeing flop" etc. Is there a way to get these in column format in a hand report?

There is a 'Position' statistic you can add to hand reports which will display the active players position. Everything else will require the creation of custom hand statistics - see this guide for the basics on custom statistics creation and this guide for a deeper walkthrough.

Thank you, is there a way to see the SQL definitions for the "Cash Filters" for reference when creating my own columns?

We have not published the schema like we did for PokerTracker 3 however the meaning of database fields haven't changed in any significant way.
