Hi,
I have been trying to play around with the filters to create a report of when Hero is at the SB and did NOT 3bet the BU for an effective stack of 30bb+ - however none worked.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What filter are you currently using? How is it not working exactly? Bear in mind if you only want the effective stack against the button then that will not be possible as the BB can influence your own effective stack as they are still to act e.g. when the BB has a bigger stack and the BTN is short stacked. The effective stack for each player is determined at their first action in the hand and it's the maximum amount they could lose potentially in a pot.
