How to config the HUD in coinpoker?

You can manually import hands emailed from CoinPoker inot PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'. To import hands while playing from CoinPoker and display a HUD requires a third-party hand converter to write the hand histories PokerTracker 4 needs.

Hey, for the third part converter, is there converter that support Mac?

I don't think there is a converter that works on macOS - due to system restrictions, the required techniques used by converters are not permitted.

Anyone else have trouble with this?
I'm using the trial version of EliteHUD. EliteHUD is grabbing the hh and I'm pointing PT4 at the correct hh folder, but the hud isn't popping up.

In the EliteHUD software, you can select the tracker in the dropdown menu in the left bottom corner of the window. Make sure to select PT4 instead of HM2, which is selected by deault.

Hmm, I had done that, but no HUD.

Please reset the hand history location to default or a folder which is not syncing to the cloud and try again. PokerTracker 4 archives auto-imported files to a separate location anyway so there isn't a reason to have the converter create the files in OneDrive and if there is a lock on the file that might be causing a problem. If that does not change anything turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue by playing a few hands on a table with 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' active, take a screenshot of your desktop and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your screenshot & support bundle to a Support Ticket:

any chance PT4 is upgrading for coinpoker site to import hands while playing??
seems to be getting popular this site....and I think we are a lot, would appreciate it, or even pay an original pt4 addon

I don't know if/when integrated support will be added but you can register your interest and be automatically notified if it's added in a future update via a Support Ticket.
