PokerTracker

Hi,

I recently purchased the small stakes package deal. I'm trying to grind the 23 starcoins satellite tournament on Pokerstars. But it won't load my hud because it is not supported even though this is micro stakes.

Please change this.

Are your hands importing? If they are importing but you have no HUD then is your PokerStars client running in English (Settings -> Global -> Language -> English)? If that's not the problem then please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket along with a sample of hand history/summary files for these tournaments. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
