Filter Like "Player is not hero"

This would be handy for filters. Like im trying to make a filter where i 4bet in the CO or BTN and the small blind or big blind folded to the 4bet but i can't get it right.
If there was a filter for "player is not hero" , i'd say it would be way easier to make these filters.

How would i make the filter i was talking about?i've tried all sorts and i cant get it working

For the start of the filter i have this for 4betting from CO or BTN
(raised any 4bet) AND (hand AK,AKo) AND (Position of active player position of selected exactly 0) OR (Position of active player position of selected exactly 1)

This seems fine but what do i add for the guy that 3bet and then fold to the 4bet?

Using it in the quick filters

In Quick Filters everything is from your perspective. So to filter for times you 4bet and won the hand with that 4bet you want to filter for Won Hand and Not(Saw Flop) -- if you won the hand without seeing the flop having made a 4bet your 4bet must have taken the pot down.

I can't seem to find the "not(saw flop), could you direct me to it?

I found "saw flop" in the flop section. The way i was making filter is piecing it together or do you have to to it all in one go?
For player position preflop i would normally use two separate one for position with "exactly" highlighted and the group them together, how would i have small blind and big blind in one?I've tried using "greater than or equal to 8" but that doesnt work

To add Not() you use the "Not Selected" button as explained this portion of the Tutorial on Filters.

Greater than or equal to 8 should work just make sure you're setting the right player - the active player is always you for the purposes of the filters -- read through the entire linked tutorial and I think that will help explain things for you.
