Prizepool for lotters (Spin and Go)

PLEASE add a tool to see the different Prizepools for the Lotterygames (like SpinandGo). A lot of player want this I imagine.... :mrgreen:

There is a stat available for download from the Download Warehouse called "Tournament prize pool" which will do this in reports.

Note that this isn't possible in the Hud though, because we don't know the prize pool until the summary file is written when the tournament ends.

White Raider: There is a bug in this, 400 out oft 1700 SpinandGos for 7 dollar have Prizepool 19,74 Dollar (?) and 18 have a Prizepool of zero Dollars...

Do you have your tournament summaries saving properly? Without those we might get incorrect (or incomplete) detection on your tournaments.

What do you mean by "saving the tournament summaries properly"??

In PokerStars you need to check "Save My Tournament Summaries" (the location varies if you're on PokerStars 6 or 7) - and then have PT4 configured to import from that folder as well as the hand history folder. The summaries contain extra results information that can be vital for proper detection.

Make sure you're using our latest version v4.13.1. PT4 Download Page

PT4 should read the prize pool information from the summary files as long as it's there and the files are being imported.
If you're still seeing incorrect prize pool information please attach the original hand history and summary files for one of the tournaments where you see bad data to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.

By default the original hand history files will have been moved to the Processed folder, which you can access via File > Open User Data Folder in the PT4 menu.
