A good addition would be a line analysis tool similar to HEM2's. It is the only thing PT is lacking.

Can you describe exactly what you mean? How do you see this working?

Basically you select what his actions were up to that point or it reads them from hh replayer and then it shows you what kind of hands he used the line with. Say he raised pre, ch/ca flop, bet/shove turn. and then it shows: all hands where he did this and a chart where you can see made hands played with this line. 30% set, 20% tp 40% a high etc, 10% air.

You can do this with PT if you manually filter, but its very time consuming if you want to go through a bunch of hands. Maybe someone who used HM2 more can explain it better.
