Are you using third party software to create the hand histories for these sites? I'd refer to your converters documentation/support for that otherwise can you please provide more information regarding the converter(s) you are using and detail what specific formats are available to you.

I am wanting to import my current hand history database from DriveHUD... I'm guessing I would choose "export to 3rd party app" and then I am given these choices, which I'm not sure which is my best option? (i.e. which format PT4 prefers"

You can export and import using either format (iPoker or PokerStars) but this means that the hands will be treated as if they were from those sites and they will not import as Ignition, CoinPoker or Chico hands in PokerTracker 4.
