Hi, when i play zoom nl25 2x tables hud is working ok, when i switch to 3 tables hud somtimes does not work in some hands, it remains same hud from previous hand...i have ptr4

i noticed he mixes players huds somtimes....i was wrong in 1st post please delte it...

I have same problem pt3 and pt4 help please.

We have a known issue with Zoom at this time and one workaround is detailed here and we have confirmation from at least some users that this does fix the problem for them.

Tried all, nothing has changed it sucks really and i lost few buyins while i noticed that something is wrong...

Can you remove this thread to pokertracker 4?

Thread moved. We are aware of the problems (and that workaround apparently does not work for most people), so please create a support ticket and we'll make sure you get notification when a fix is available.

Any progress? PT3 was useless in february and march. Same old story.

We only confirmed the issue on PT4 a few hours ago. At this point we are still investigating what is going wrong - once we figure that out we will fix it on PT4 first and PT3 second. We all sincerely hope this will be the last time that PokerStars changes the formatting for Zoom.
