Just restarted PT4 and it informed there was a new build. I clicked on the link and it sent me to
http://www.pokertracker.com/products/PT3/download.php
where there was no link to PT4 shown (and also I notice no link to PT3 alphas).

The new download link provided in the PT4 notification window is now correct.
