Brilliant Job on the Individually Attached Pop-up Stats

BTW, great job on adding the ability to individually attach pop-up to certain stats. When I heard that initially that PT4 wasn't going to have this and the initial response was that you really didn't see it as that important, I thought you were really missing a trick. I think it is such an important addition to many players, that without it PT4 would have been losing plenty of custom to the competition literally because of the lack of this functionality alone.

I would suggest that you definitely get the word out there that you have added this, as the reaction I picked up through my network of friends was that this was a massive negative, and that it would be the competition after all (despite all its problems).

While we are at it, something I suggested already, but probably doesnt hurt to repeat now with more people trying out beta. Is there any chance you add an option to show pop-up instead of tooltip when we do mouseover?
It would make the hud experience pretty much perfect, with everything being customizable.

Modifying the tooltip to show the popup instead would be quite a big change for us. It's not something we could do easily if it was something we decided to do.

But I'm glad to hear you are both pleased with the multi-popup addition. The strong user feedback on this issue changed our minds here, and that's why we added the feature.

I was one of the many pressing for this as I, too, think is a must.

However, now I can't find where do actually do it!

Plus, it seems that PT4 doesn't come with any of those popups "by default". Is that right?

When adding a stat to an always visible group, at the bottom of the setting panel (where you can change the font, colour, justification etc), is an option that says pop-up. Just change that setting to whichever pop-up you want attached to a stat.

The default HUDs only use one popup for each group.

To set a popup to an individual stat:

Choose a Table Group (you can't set poups within popups) and click on a stat either in the WYSIWSG editor at the bottom left or the list in the top center. In the Item Properties area (top right) scroll all the way down. The last entry there is "Popup" - that overrides the group popup and when you click on that stat you'll see whatever you choose there. If you have No Popup set, clicking on that stat gives you whatever popups are set for the entire group.

However, I couldn't manage to issue a positional popup to a stat. Is that right?

Edit: Well, I've seen that I can just "convert it to freeform" and then it works. Not sure if it's a workaround or if it should be that way. Probably the former, right? ;) Easy fix there.
