latpoker hud not working

Hi,
Recently i started playing on latpoker which is part of latam poker network as far as i undertood,but the hud is not working,also pt4 doesnt detect any latam skins .I don't see any option in latpoker sofware to save hands on the disc.I also tried ignition hand grabber ,no luck.Any advice whould be much apreciated.

Any hand histories should be here by default:

C:\Users\{Windows Username}\Documents\{Poker Site Name}

If your poker site is not saving hands and not offering the option to do so then I'd recommend contacting your poker site support regarding that. If there are hand history files but they do not import into PokerTracker 4 then please zip/compress them and attach to a Support Ticket.
