Pokertracker for MacBook Pro

Hello,

I'd like to configure PokerTracker 4 on my MacBook Pro. I've already installed the software. However, the current poker hand data isn't being displayed. I've already configured PokerStars to save hand histories – including for tournaments. The correct directories are also set in the PokerStars configuration. No table statistics are displayed either. Where should I start looking for the correct settings? I would appreciate any help. Best regards, Constantin

PokerTracker 4 needs to be configured to import from the folders where PokerStars is saving your hand history and tournament summary files - see this guide:

Once that is setup you can test this on a table by clicking "Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing" in PokerTracker 4 and after playing a hand that should get imported into your database.

If everything is setup correctly then you should confirm that PokerStars is actually creating the hand history files on your computer while you are playing.

If your hands are importing into PokerTracker 4 but the HUD isn't displaying then make sure your PokerStars client is running in English (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Global -> Language -> English). If it is not running in English then the HUD may not attach to the tables.
