Statistics in the first hand

Hello how are you? What happens to me is that when I open a game, whether it's a tournament or cash game, the statistics begin to appear in the second hand, although I have previous statistics because is a well-known player. How could I solve it?

That is normal behaviour. PokerTracker doesn't know anything about the players at the table until after your first played hand imports.
