Hud Pokerstars

Hi, I play on Stars and I have it set so the HUD doesn't show my stats, but many times and randomly my HUD appears on the table in the upper seat ( i play it at the bottom seat ) . The only way to make it disappear is to press the PT4 button on the table and reload my profile, and only then does my HUD disappear. It's strange because it doesn't happen all the time, only occasionally.

Is this happening at specific times such as when the number of players at the table changes and/or if a player sits out? What are your settings in 'HUD -> Edit HUD Options -> Profile Select'?

Really dont know when happens tbh ... Profile Select at PokerStars , i have selected my Hud Profile in No Limit Shorthanded standar tables .

The problem is that the other hud dont dissapear or dont change it , only my HUD appears randonmly and show my stats , and like said before , only dissapear when i reloaded my profile

Thank you. How many different HUD Profiles do you want to use on PokerStars? If you only want to use the 'Draken' profile on PokerStars cash tables then delete the current setting and add it again as PokerStars/ANY/ANY/ANY/ANY/ANY and see if that helps.

Only one , yes "Draken" profile .. Will try it ! I have to delete the replayer profile too or can leave it ?

Are you sitting out and/or timing out before this happens? If that's the case then any subsequent observed hands imported via the memory grabber will not be able to identify you as Hero and your HUD will appear even if you have enabled 'Everyone But Hero' in your HUD Group properties but that should revert after you sit back in and your next played hand imports. If you need any further assistance please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. When the issue occurs take a screenshot of your desktop and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach screenshot and support bundle to a Support Ticket along with a link to this thread and your PokerStars hand histories from that session.
