Question about Ipoker

Hi I play at Ipoker Network ( Champion Poker) and I don't use Cashout Option... But if a player use the cashout Option vs me, I notice that PT4 say that I lose the hand for example, I mean :

Villain use cashout, I WIN the hand for example but in PT4 don't say that I win the hand, so the the bb/100 and the C Won is incorrect

The issue you described was fixed in an earlier release. If you are not using the latest version of PokerTracker (v4.18.14) then please update it:

To fix data that was previously imported you will need to purge those sessions and reimport them. If you still get these results when importing the hands into PokerTracker v4.18.14 please zip/compress this sample of hands from your poker site and attach them to a Support Ticket.
