HUD not working

Hi, I'm playing Champion Poker (iPoker) and the HUD isn't showing up. It used to work, but now it doesn't.

As you can see, everything seems fine, but the HUD isn't showing up, nor is the PT4 badge on the table from which the HUDs are selected. It doesn't detect any tables in the tracker tab either. I've attached some screenshots.

I also clarify that I have 2 iPoker because they are different servers, but that was always the case even when it was working.

So we can investigate that please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue by playing a few hands on a table with 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' active and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs and follow up with you.
