Ipoker skin not detected

Hello. I am playing on Ipoker and i am trying to set up my HUD. I tried to configure the skin i am using, but it is not being detected. How do I fix this ? I have been playing for a while but I want to start using the HUD now. My database has all of my hands from Ipoker and I can see the stats of my opponents, there is no issue with that, but for some reason I cant configure the site? I have attached an image below. Thanks :)!

I don't see your screenshot but if your iPoker client isn't detected but your hands are importing then that would indicate that the correct hand history folder has been manually configured in PokerTracker 4 for iPoker using 'Add' instead of 'Auto Detect' and you can ignore the client not being detected since if the iPoker client is not detected things will still work if the folder is manually configured. With that said if you can download the installer for your iPoker skin, compress it, and attach it to a Support Ticket we can then find out the data we need to auto detect it.
