PT4 crashes

Hello.

A few days ago, I had to format my PC and reinstall PT4 and insert all the hands. So far, everything was fine.
However, when I started playing PT, it took a long time to import a hand.
I asked a friend for help, and he told me to click the "Full Cache Rebuild" button to try to solve the problem. And it worked! Everything was back to normal.
Today, I went to play again, and the hands weren't importing again. I ran the Full Cache Rebuild again, and PT4 didn't do anything except crash.
Can someone help me solve this problem, please?

So we can investigate this turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4.

Next reproduce this crash and then grab your log file here BEFORE you restart PokerTracker 4:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log

To access the log file you can open File Explorer in Windows and enter the following in the address bar:

%localappdata%\PokerTracker 4\Logs

The file we need will be the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder. Please attach that file to a Support Ticket where a technician follow up with you.

Yesterday I didn't do this procedure. I ended up giving up. And today when I turned on the PC again and opened the program, everything was back to normal.
If necessary, I'll do what you advised.
