impossible de cree une database

bonjour j'ai tout essayé . j'avais l'ancienne licence je viens de prendre la nouvelle . j'ai télécharger la version de pt4 4.17 et 4.18 de postgress 9 11.5 et 16.1 (celle que je pouvais ) désinstaller reinstaller passer en mode administrateur rien n'y fait . svp aider moi

When you installed PostgreSQL did it say it installed successfully or not? What port and password was used for the PostgreSQL install? Please try uninstalling all PostgreSQL versions you have currently installed and then install PostgreSQL v16 following the guide below, take note of the port used for the install (usually 5432), use 'dbpass' (no quotes) as the password and take note of what the PostgreSQL installer says at the end of the install - it will tell you if it installed successfully or not:

Mon pc est neuf de vendredi j'ai remis le pc en mode usine et tout refait ça marche
