Registration Code doesn't work

I started to play poker again after 2 years or so.
Downloaded the PokerTracker 4 Holdem Small stakes and tried to insert the registration code but it says "Invalid Registration. PokerTracker will continue in trial mode".
It's strange since I bought it years ago and it should be forever.
Maybe I'm missing something, I'm getting the code from my personal area "My Licenses" on the site.

Your Annual Support & Maintenance plan has expired so you will not be able to register any PokerTracker version released after the expiration of your plan. If you restart PokerTracker 4 you will be prompted to revert back to the maximum version allowed for your license where a link to the relevant version to install will be provided. After rolling back you can continue to use that version of PokerTracker 4 forever however you will not be able to upgrade past this version unless you renew your Annual Support & Maintenance plan.

Thanks but I don't see a purchase of PokerTracker 4 linked to your account. Please open a Support Ticket (do not post the details publicly here) and let us know your full name, the email address that was used for the purchase and the registration code you are trying to use.
