How can I check in my reports (population analysis) stat FOLD to 3b on specific position. And best would be vs specific postion also. Just would like too see how group of players the I chosen is playing this spot

In 'My Reports' create an 'All Players' report and add the statistics you want to see such as 'Fold to PF 3Bet After Raise' :

You can add the 'Position' statistic to the report break the stats down by specific positions and remove the 'Player' statistic to remove the individual player lines and group the population. If you also add a filter for NOT(Player is Hero) you'll see the data from villains only without your own statistics mixed in. There aren't any built-in statistics for folding vs a specific position but you can filter for the position of the 3bettor via 'Hand Details -> Player Position -> Preflop -> Position of 3Bettor' which will update the values in your report.
