Hud not appearing on table

Hello,
I started playing again on pokestart.it after a month break and my HUD is not showing up on the tables. My hands are being tracked as they are showing up in my results but nothing shows up as far as a hud like it did before i took a month break. Any help would be appreciated

Please make sure your PokerStars.IT client is running in English:

PokerStars Configuration Guide (Language)

If the PokerStars.IT client is not running in English then the HUD may not be able to attach to your tables.

thanks for the reply... it is running in english and was working fine for years until now. any other ideas ?

If you are not using the latest version of PokerTracker 4 please update it:

Download PokerTracker 4

If you are playing on Zoom tables uninstall PokerStars then re-download and install PokerStars which should resolve the issue.

Should the issue persist turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next play a few hands on a table with 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' active, take a screenshot of your desktop and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your screenshot and support bundle to a Support Ticket:
