Player name error How to fix it?

Hello everyone,

my first post here. Sometimes i win a huge pot and some players are ragequitting the table and instantly joining back. PokerTracker cannot import those hands properly. E.g. Player name error / Duplicate player: (seat 2) the same as in seat 1 (Hand #760952554).

I would like to have those hands in my database as well. How can i get them in correctly?
