HUD not showing in Zoom ps.IT

HUD doesn't display on zoom, it only works on regular tables since the .IT client update. Hands are imported, but that's about it on zoom. My hand histories are recorded in English and the PokerStars client is configured in English. A recent update changes the pokerstars directory from Pokerstars.IT to Pokerstars.Italy, maybe that has something to do with it.

Try reinstalling your PokerStars client to see if that resolves this issue. If it doesn't change anything please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce the problem by playing some hands on a PokerStars.IT Zoom table with 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' active and then select the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. After saving the support bundle please attach that file to a Support Ticket.
