I often get duplicates despite downloading them manually daily.

If I renamed and altered tournament information and it imports it again. Will it then re-do all the things I changed like results/cashes/number of players etc? Cause it doesnt automatically do this. PartyPoker is weird like that.

Or will it keep the changes I made eventhough the exact same MTT is re-imported as a duplicate?

You can test this yourself with a single tournament but as far as I am aware if you want another import to overwrite non-zero tournament information then you'll need to enable the 'Overwrite Data' Summary Import option in 'Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Tournaments' (click the blue help icon for more detail on what each option does).

Tournaments are not reported as duplicates - only individual hands.

Cheers. Its just DanskeSpil (Party) doesnt seem to provide prizes/bounty prizes/number of entrants/my finish (place) etc. So I do that manually after each session.

In that case leave 'Overwrite Data' turned off and your previously manually entered results should not get changed if the same tournament is imported again.
