I am playing pokerstars and winamax cash games and i use Hand2Note, but i can move to PT4.

But just before to buy the subscription i want to know if all my hands and opponents database that i have registered on Hand2note will available to move on PT4.

Anyone can help me?

The PokerTracker setup assistant has an option to convert a Hand2Note database. You can also manually import your original hand histories into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk' which Hand2Note archives here by default:
