HUD Not loading !?

Pokertracker seems to be a bit of a nightmare to get working, I first had to install PostgreSQL manually, then, after lots of pain, realised it's using an old version.
Finally get it working, but on a different port, along with disabling some firewall rules and software to prevent malware and viruses, a little strange but okay...

Same session, it simply won't show the HUD anymore in games.

Very impressive software but just curious if others have similar issues with the HUD just not displaying anything in game ?

On what poker site is this? Please check your poker site is configured correctly with PokerTracker 4:

If things are configured correctly then turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next play a few hands on a table with 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' active, take a screenshot of your desktop and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your screenshot and support bundle to a Support Ticket:
