Poker Tracker not Responding & message to do the house keepi

Hi there,
so today, something weird about my PT.

There's an error Not Responding, and then there's a message popping up to do the house keeping.
I already did the housekeeping several times, it seems it's still error, and PT4 becomes really laggy.

Now during the game play it doesn't grab the hand anymore. Pretty weird.

Is there any work around ?

I think my hand history is only about 540k hands.

If the housekeeping has not not resolved the issue then turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs and advise you accordingly:

When you have done that then create a new temporary database and that should allow you to use PokerTracker 4 in the meantime:
