coinpoker hud bug

Postby Dreward » Wed Apr 23, 2025 3:15 am

Hi since yesterday's update coinpoker hud is having a bug for me, I'm using elitehud like pt4 recommends and everything works fine, but the hud do not appear in the correct people on the table is mixed up.
I think can be related that in the coinpoker settings when you select prefer table 7max you can't choose your preferred seat.

I've forwarded this issue to the development team but in the meantime you can set your preferred seats manually:

1. Start PokerTracker 4 and select 'File -> Open User Data Folder'.

2. In the window that opens go into the 'Config' folder.

3. Open the PokerTracker.cfg file with Notepad.

4. There should be a line like this:

Code: Select all
[Site.CoinPoker]
HandHistoryDirectory=C:\your_converters_coinpoker_hand_history_file_path

5. Edit such that it looks like this:

Code: Select all
[Site.CoinPoker]
HandHistoryDirectory=C:\your_converters_coinpoker_hand_history_file_path
Preferred.7=1
Preferred.4=1
Preferred.2=1

where '1' is the seat number (you can change the value to match your own preferred seat).

6. Save the change.

Thanks for confirming. This issue has now been resolved so if you re-download and install PokerTracker v4.18.9 again you should see the CoinPoker preferred seat settings correctly.

So we can take a look a that please zip/compress this hand history file and attach it to a Support Ticket.

I also want to report the same issue as Dreward.
In my case, however, the HUD bug has not been resolved — the problem still persists.
When playing multiple tables, the HUDs get mixed up between players, and on some tables, the HUD doesn't even appear.

This is my modified PokerTracker configuration:

[Site.CoinPoker]
HandHistoryDirectory=-C:\HandHistory\HudsEmulator\PokerStars
[Site.Party]
Preferred.7=1
Preferred.4=1
Preferred.2=1
[Site.Pacific]

I kindly ask for further assistance. Thank you in advance!

Hello, your HH folder is named PokerStars, but the default name used by the EliteHUD converter is cpr_hh, so I assume you are using some other converter. Please note that in this last, PokerTracker 4.18.9 release, the support has been added specifically for the EliteHUD converter.

Hi there!
After about a month of using Poker Tracker for several hours a day with CoinPoker, I’ve figured out what the issue is with hand imports. CoinPoker assigns the same name to many tables, even with the same blinds. You can see exactly the same names like I, II, or IV at the same limits—for example, NL25. This creates confusion between tables, and the HUDs get mixed up. :cry:

Aware that it is not the fault of the tracker software or CoinPoker, I hope this issue will be resolved soon either by CoinPoker or by you.
Kind regards.
