Cannot Download Postgre V10 or Older

Hey,

V10 or older doesnt have a download link on postgre's website, the oldest download on their website is v13.20. They have the raw binary on a separate webpage without the installer, but there is no tutorial on how to install an older version without using an integrated install wizard. Any help is appreciated.

You can download the PostgreSQL v10.23 installer for Windows from here. If you want a different version you can edit the link accordingly.
