Champion Poker (ipoker)

Postby tesla0101 » Thu Mar 20, 2025 10:02 am

Hello dear friends,

Yesterday I format my pc;
Now the hud only appear on some tables or all of the tables, but doesn't import hands , if I open more tables the hud does not appear, stop working stay steal when the lay out has been saved.

The graph doesn't track winnings or losses

I open the "import status" and the hands are imported very slow and not from all the tables.
When i press 'stop getting hands or close the program, the program crashes.

That could be a database or a configuration issue so can you please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this crash and then attach your log file to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your log file:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log

To access the log file open File Explorer in Windows and enter the following in the address bar:

%localappdata%\PokerTracker 4\Logs

The file we need will be the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder. Please note that every time you close/restart PokerTracker 4 it will begin a new log so you'll want to save/send the PokerTracker4.log file that recorded what was happening when the crash happened before restarting PokerTracker 4 again.

We do have a higher than normal ticket volume at this particular time but your ticket is in the right place and I would expect you to get a reply later today.
