No hands are being detected

I have changed my name of Grosvenor and i have changed the on the active player. It worked straight away then when I logged in the next day it wouldn't pick up any hands and my hud doesn't work. Ive been trying to sort it for hours. Has anyone got a solution ?

Please make sure your iPoker skin is saving hands and that PokerTracker 4 is set to import from the correct hand history folder:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\{iPoker Client Name}\data\{iPoker Screenname}\History\Data
