Problem when running twice PT4 doubles winnings.

Hi, I have a problem with Hold'em cash games. When im running it twice for example 200bb pot and i win. PT4 shows that i won two times 100bb pot and shows in graph that i won 200bb, even though the actual win is only 100bb. Do others have the same issue?
