HUD no work

Good morning.

As of today, the HUD of the Zoom tables at Pokerstars does not work correctly.

My hands are importing correctly, and the HUD appears on the tables, but only my own statistics are visible, and those of my rivals do not appear.
Can you tell me where the problem could be?
I have tried creating a new database, defragmenting it, and reinstalling Pokerstracker like Postgree. Nothing seems to work.

I would appreciate some help.

Have you changed the settings of your HUD Profile such that it only shows Hero stats? If you change to a different HUD Profile do villain stats now display?

In that case can you please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue, take a screenshot and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle, screenshot and exported HUD Profile to a Support Ticket where a technician can follow up with you.
