I have the same problem done the housekeeping and post housekeeping, done the cache rebuild but still the problem persists

Can you please refer to this post to retune PostgreSQL. If that doesn't resolve the issue then please report your problem as described here where we can review your setup/settings and advise you accordingly. Thank you.

same problem for 1 week now , i did housekeeping , i did rebuild cash , i did the postdresql file update , i changed my postresql version to 14 then 16 then 18 and still same problem
my db is 74gb but it was ok before

If your 'max_connections' setting is a value lower than 100 then change that to 100, save the change and restart your PostgreSQL service (you can do this via Windows services or in PokerTracker 4 via 'Database -> Database Management -> Restart Service).

Hi,

I keep having the same issue with the 4.18.15 version. I get the same error message and PT4 gets super slow, HUD doesnt show or is way behind (showing stats of previous players etc) and when I stop the import it just crashes. I found a work around (where it is still super slow), where I after the session start get hand while playing, immediately stop it and then get the prompt whether old files that were found should be imported.
I had done a full DB management as described by You already.
The postgreSQL file says this:

The postgreSQL file says this:

The custom settings you have added are not correct - this should have been configured as a desktop application instead of a web application. Please delete everything under 'CUSTOMIZED OPTIONS', save the change and retune PostgreSQL once more using PokerTracker v4.18.15.

So honestly I do not know what to do anymore at this point

If the issue persists then turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce the issue you've described and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs and follow up with you.
