Ok, thanks, it did work with the pokerstars one, but just not correctly (replayer, table position) but it did work.
i'll try to set up the one for pokerstars Properly, being a little wiser now.
I Think the problem was that in pokerstars itself it had a save hands to the same folder (some how, don't ask, probably me) hense it was saving twice. once to pokerstars and once to coin poker.
when i've got it working i'll post exactly what happened to correct it. (i hope anyway!) i'm confident tho,...? ish

Are you using preferred seating in CoinPoker? Is that setup in PokerTracker 4?

Guide: Preferred Seating

If that is setup correctly and the HUD is not in the correct positions you can manually move the HUD to the correct seats (the default positions if you have set things up under PokerStars may not line up with a CoinPoker layout):

Guide: Positioning HUD Elements

If you move/adjust the HUD you should then save those new positions by clicking the PT-icon and choosing "Save Layout" so they are remembered for future tables of the same type. If you are using the preferred seating option, the stats at your table may not move to the correct positions until you have played and imported at least one full hand. Until this point PokerTracker 4 can not know you are seated at the table, therefore it does not know to use the preferred seat settings. If you join a table and the view rotates to put you in your preferred seat you should not move/save the HUD until after this happens. Going forward PokerTracker 4 will automate this placement for you (after your first hand has imported).

I have exactly the same issues.

When I use OHH as output format of the advanced coin poekr converter then no HUDs would show up.

When I use pokerstars as format the HUDs appear on wron positions.

Could anyone make it work?

Finally!
As i play at pokerstars as well, it already had a save hands to directory, so when i added one for coinpoker, it then had TWO places to save.
so i deleted the existing folder.
So, NO folder in the coinpoker Directorys configuration.
ONE in the pokerstars configuration which is the same as coinpoker importer.
So really you should copy the directory IN pokerstars and put that one in coinpoker, not the other way around.

However via telegram?!... the Acoin poker converter guys sent me an update program.
I'm kinda a bit weary of that, is the coin program said no updates, but they sent me an update via telegram?
However it Now works.

ps, for the virus thing, you have to disable your virus program to start the converter running, its ok after it starts. else it thinks it's malware.
and in short, it kinda IS, So you want to allow the virus program to block that kind of file, but this ONE time allow it,
the anti virus detects it's launch but not it running, so you can't exempt it, and really you don't want to apart from this time.

tho i do feel a bit cautions downloading the software via telegram, we'll see!
That version is v3.2.8

So far all is well, thanks for all your help
:-)

I don't recommend using a PokerStars format for CoinPoker hands in the converter and/or configuring it under PokerStars in PokerTracker 4. You can have the hands import natively as CoinPoker hands by setting the converter to OHH and then configure the folder where the hands are saved under CoinPoker in PokerTracker 4. And if you are playing on multiple sites then those hands should not be configured to save in the same folder - they should be kept entirely separate from one another.

Is this the configuration for PT4 and the hand converter that you recommend ?

That format isn't supported - see this subsequent post.
