I got exactly same issue. Prizes are overestimated compared to GG Poker, Pokercraft
This was resolved with the release of PokerTracker v4.18.3:

With regards to my previous reply in this thread that was so we could automatically notify people when the issue was resolved so anyone who opened a support ticket regarding this was informed of the fix when it was released.
