Problems with Bodog?

I am having major issues getting Bodog to import my hands into PT Omaha. I have Bodog Hand Grabber and so far as I know I have everything set up correctly. My hands where being imported when I used the trial version of Bodog Hand Grabber, but after I decided to actually purchase Bodog Hand Grabber, my hands are no longer being imported. Any ideas on what I should check or do?

Are you getting import errors, what do they say? It sounds like it may be a handgrabber problem. You might want to contact that program's author.
